im gonna start giving away duel points

i have a lot of duel points now but nothing to use it on so i am gonna start giving it away if its okay with happy. i will only give it to people who did something i wanted them to or to people I think have the skill to become A rank. i will only give enough points so that u can get a retest. hopefully one day there will be enough A ranks for an S class tournament.
